Additional Accidental Damage Protection

This protection plan constitutes an additional warranty offered in addition to the legal warranty provided under the laws of Quebec, including the Consumer Protection Act.

It does not replace, limit, or exclude the legal warranty to which consumers are automatically entitled.

Coverage

This protection includes one (1) replacement of the receiver collar or remote control in the event of accidental damage occurring during normal use of the product, including but not limited to:

• Accidental chewing

• Accidental water exposure

• Premature wear resulting from normal use

Coverage is valid for the duration of the manufacturer’s standard warranty period.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from this protection:

• Intentional damage

• Misuse, gross negligence, or abuse

• Unauthorized modifications

• Use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions

Eligibility for replacement is subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
