We offer a limited 1-year warranty on the device.
If a repair or replacement is required, the customer is responsible for shipping fees for any return or service shipment.

We also provide a 30-day satisfaction refund, because we want you and your dog to feel safe and happy.  We may refund the product in full or partly depending the condition of the returned product.  Returns must be in resale condition.

⭐ Safety & Liability Notice (Canada / Quebec Friendly)

This collar is a training and safety assistance tool, not a guaranteed containment system. GPS performance may vary with terrain, foliage, weather and environmental conditions.

Your dog must remain under the owner’s supervision at all times.
The user is solely responsible for the care, monitoring and control of their animal, as required by provincial and municipal regulations.  Quebec has banned the used of static or electric discharge.  You can turn off the function in the APP or on the collar. We also supply red discharge protector for you to make sure no accidental shock is discharged.  The buyer needs to conform to local or provincial laws and regulation.  Most of dogs do not need any static discharge....

The collar helps support safer roaming — it does not replace responsible ownership.
